Sagres to Heather & George’s

Two great days at Sagres followed by two fantatic days with Heather, George, Tyrion (hope that’s how you spell it) and Millie at their lovely home in the Algarve region.   

A little bit of background – we met Heather & George last year in Bicheno, Tasmania.  We were all in a motocylce museum, the day before our sheep incident, and they asked about our lambs wool seat cover.  Naturally we got to talking and exchanged  addresses,we got a suprise when we found out they lived in Portugal and not the UK.  Anyway a year later and here we are.

Thank you Heather and George for looking after us and making us feel welcome, we had a great time. Xx

On the way out we had a quick stop at the light house for a photo to send to our local paper.  

Another quick stop to have a look at all the ceramic stuff that I couldn’t buy :( 

“On the go” we know that the locals don’t like the Gypsies but we think the horse and cart a very cute.

I think Maurice experienced a bit of bike room envy :)

H&G have a beautiful house in beautiful surroundings.  The water still isn't warm enough to take advantage of their pool.

We spent a couple of great nights out having dinner and got treated to a day out an about.
