Primorsko to Varna

Today we got off to a late start but with very good reason.  We enjoyed having a chat with our new Bulgarian friends Radina & Darin.

We found a nice little cafe along the way so stopped off for a bit of lunch and enjoy the view. It was a bit odd that Maurice took so long to make up his mind what he wanted off the menu.

We arrived in Varna, which is a resonable size city on the Black Sea, late in the day so we saved all our sightseeing for today.

The Sea Garden is huge and a lovely place to take a

 walk, a very long walk.

 

Did I mention how cheap it is here?

This lunch cost us the equivilant of about $10!

Might have been even cheaper if we had wanted to eat here.

On the way back to the motel I had a quick paddle in the Black Sea.
