A Bavarian feast in Bad Ragaz, Switzerland!

A new tradition, well we hope so anyway!  Walter is a great Chef and treated us to his version a Bavarian feast in 2012 so we asked if we could have a repeat performance this trip!  Maurice wanted him to show him how to do it so there was an afternoon of cooking lessons with Walter while Karin and I relaxed. Well, after we decorated the wintergarden.
